PROBLEM SPACE

A Houston psychiatric clinic lacks a cohesive brand identity that connects with its diverse patient population. A thoughtfully designed website is needed to make its mental healthcare services feel welcoming.

SOLUTION

A website designed for any patient to easily understand their care options and feel welcomed. Custom bilingual and bicultural features were integrated to ensure an inclusive experience that feels native for the clinic's diverse patients.

The website is live and actively used by the clinic today, serving as the primary touchpoint for new and returning patients. Since launch, the clinic has seen an 22% increase in bookings—a direct reflection of how accessible, intentional design drives impact.
